*RESOLVED* Montreal Cluster - Degraded Raid Array

Scheduled on 2020-03-21 19:28:00 Status Resolved Fault / Issue

We are currently facing a critical issue with the Raid Array for our main cluster in Montreal, Canada.
Following this and because of the Covid-19 situation, it's faster for us to migrate all customer VM to another node than waiting 72h to get our Raid Array fixed by DC technicians. We prefer to be safe by migrating in emergency all customers than to risk to lost the remaining data on the Raid Array.

If you get any issue or questions, please contact us by ticket.
