Please open a ticket with our Billing Team from the Client Area to request a refund. (Do NOT cancel your service yourself!)

Exclusion:

• Bitcoin payments are non-refundable
• Domain names and licenses are non-refundable
• Custom Dedicated Server are non-refundable
• LowEndSpirit NAT VPS are non-refundable
• SaaS, management services and IT Consulting services are non-refundable
• Account must be in good standing to be eligible (no-spam, no-RBL, etc.)
