What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal, Stripe, Square, Coinify and Interac eTransfer only.

About Paypal:

If a dispute occur with Paypal, WHITOUT contacting our billing department before, we will charge your account with a 40$ fee for the chargeback and also declare your payment as fraud. You ALWAYS need to contact our billing team to explain the situation and make an agreement.


About Stripe:

We do not store credit card information in our database. The only identification we use is a token created by our Stripe module which connects your account here to the one that Stripe stores for you in their system. Your credit card information is securely transmitted to their database, which is the only place it is stored.

If a chargeback is received for your payment, your service may be suspended, a 40$ fee will be applied to your account.  Your service will only be unsuspended after payment for the chargeback is received.

About Square:

For IT Consulting customers who pay on-site, the transaction must be completed with an official Gestion DBI Representatives and the Credit Card owner must have 18+ year old and have the credit card on him. Certain limitation may apply on this payment method.

About Coinify:

Coinify is an electronic payment processing system for the bitcoin and altcoins currency.

*N.B: Payment processing for Coinify can take up to 6 hours. Passed this delay, please open a ticket with our Billing department.

For all issue with payment processing or fraud, we will charge your account with a 40$ fee for the chargeback and also declare your payment as fraud. You ALWAYS need to contact our billing team to explain the situation and make an agreement.

About Interac eTransfer:

We accept Interact eTransfert for Canadian customers only. For this payment method, please make your order, without payment, and send us a ticket to our sales department. We will explain you how to proceed.

We also accept Cash and Corporative checks for customer of IT Consulting in Canada.

Certain limitation may apply with those payment methods.
